1. Meeting is called to order at 11:26AM by Lupita Jimenez (co-chair)

2. Review of Minutes - Jared Aldstadt gives a brief review of the minutes of February’s County Council meeting.

3. Past Events
	
	Karine Megerdoomian recaps the energy rally held in Horton Plaza.

	Lupita Jimenez discusses the Sunflower Awards dinner.

4. Affirmation of UCSD local - The general membership affirms the formation of the UCSD College Greens local.

5. Election of Plenary Delegates - The results of the Plenary Delegate election are:

6. Speakers:

	Derek Cassidy talks about the California law providing for referendum on municipal utility districts (MUD), and gives some background on how MUDs work.

	Jim Bell talks about his vision of a sustainable, self-sufficient San Diego County.

	Derek Cassidy, as a representative for the San Diego Alliance for Clean Elections discusses a ballot initiative for publicly financed elections in the City of San Diego.

7. Stop the FTAA coalition presentation - The general assembly endorses the April 21st Stop the FTAA demonstration.

Jim Bazelon registers his concern - He feels that the endorsement should not be made because the goals of the coalition and demonstration are not clearly defined.
